Worldwide Acceptance or Full Refund
We ensure that your International Driving Permit (IDP) from IDP Association Permit is accepted worldwide. If it is not recognized by relevant traffic authorities or car rental companies in eligible countries, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to Request a Refund:
- Get in touch with our Customer Support team via chat, email at [email protected], or phone.
- Provide documentation that shows the rejection.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days.
Refund Eligibility:
- Verified rejection by car rental companies
- Verified rejection by traffic authorities in eligible regions
- Claims made within three (3) years of purchase
Quick Digital Delivery Guarantee
We are committed to providing prompt delivery for Digital IDPs:
- Regular orders will be delivered within two (2) hours.
- Express processing orders (when available) will be delivered within twenty (20) minutes.
If these delivery timeframes are not met, you qualify for a full refund.

30-Day Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel your IDP order within two (2) hours to receive a full refund.
Additional Notes:
- A 15% handling fee applies for cancellations made after the initial two (2) hours.
- Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Priority processing fees are also non-refundable.
This cancellation policy is valid for orders that have not been rejected by traffic authorities or car rental companies.

- Refund requests without supporting rejection documentation
Partial Refund Terms
- If a customer purchases both Digital and Print versions but later opts to keep only the Digital version after processing, we will refund the price difference.
- Priority processing fees are non-refundable.
- If the IDP has already shipped, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available under these conditions:
- Lack of evidence for IDP rejection by traffic authorities or car rental companies
- Claims made more than three (3) years after the order date
